I am experiencing a persistent issue with installing The Sims 3 expansion packs on my laptop after a recent reset. Despite following all the troubleshooting steps provided by the customer support, including clearing cache, repairing installations, and ensuring that my EA app is up-to-date, I continue to receive an "Installation Error" message when attempting to install certain expansion packs. ( I actually got the whole collection but some of the packs were purchased online. there is nothing work with the ones installed through CD, I can launch the game successfully, I just cannot install the packs purchased online as explained before ). I am seeking further assistance to identify and fix the issue so I can successfully reinstall my games... Also, customer support told me that this is the first case he's encountered. PLEASE HELP ME !!!! ☹️(((( THANKS IN ADVANCE.
