Hi @Shalarean ,
Nope, not fixed and I appreciate this feed! Minus their workaround to "disable" it is STILL AN ANNOYING ISSUE.
DEAR EA
I had played Sims since Sims 1 before you had to use the EA app! I have played Sims 4 since it launched, just like the previous versions, and until the last few months, I never went into the playtime settings. I always wondered what it was. Then, recently, I started getting the same notifications in the game that I am over my "unlimited. time was over the limit

@lozneoDid this ever get fixed for you? It just started happening to me and it's very annoying.
" I checked the settings and disabled it, as the top post shows, but this is a stupid issue. If you are going to force users to use your app to play their game, then fix the bug if we have it set to unlimited, disabling it is ineffective and an insult to those of us who had supported this franchise before this version and the ea app was forced to play the Sims!
This is not fixed, it needs to be fixed, so focus on a bug many of us are experiencing in the game! I will gladly try to capture it but it pops up and goes away but has gotten more frequent. It sidetracks from the gameplay experience we have spent $100s of dollars supporting!!
This "DISABLE" WORK AROUND IS UNACCEPTABLE AND LAZY ON BEHALF OF EA AND THE SIMS!
