Unfortunately, we're not able to help with bans here on the forums. If you'd like to raise a dispute to try to get your account unbanned, you can contact our Terms of Service team by following the steps from this help ea article:

I just got replied from support, I believe is due to FIFA purchased from epic games is prohibited. Because the FIFA launch from Epic Games then only route to EA.
So disappointed and now need to apply for refund.
EA replied:
- use software that interferes with or disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
- use undocumented features, exploits or cheats in-game that disrupts an EA Service or another user’s account.
- use software or cheats that disconnects other users from the EA servers.
