@tx.rr.com not receiving password reset pin codes.

    Hey @roadtalontsi,

    I'm afraid we're not able to make any changes to your account via the forums, as we can't discuss or verify any account info on the public boards here.

    You should be able to create a new case here to get in touch with our support team directly.

    Since you're unable to log in and access your games without receiving that email, after following the above link you should be able to select the options The EA app  | PC  | Manage my account  | Can't log in to get started.

    I'm not sure how to respond to this. If i say anything you don't like it will violate the forum rules and I'll be suspended. 

    I suppose my response to this should be best said as this information is not informative and does not help in regards to my issues as this route has been taken as mentioned multiple times with zero outcome. Thank you for not reading anything I wrote and for responding in a way that didn't help. 

    thank you for "trying" to help. Please try again. Maybe if you keep trying we can get a resolution.

      did you ever manage to sort this? Having the EXACT same issue and it is incredibly frustrating
