Sims 4 no longer is able to be accessed by me for weeks now. When I open EA, there is a constant loading symbol and I can't do anything. It says i am not connected to the internet, but that shouldn't stop me from opening sims. I also do have internet so Thats not even true.
Why can't I contact support? This is massively frustrating because I am having issues with Sims 4 not even being able to load at all for WEEKS. I have tried everything on the stupid forums and I need to speak to an actual customer service person to get help but I am not even able to access any help for a game that I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on. Never had this issue when I used origin. So Is there a way to contact support or am i just never going to be able to access my game again?? SUPER FRUSTRATING
