Why can't I contact support? This is massively frustrating because I am having issues with Sims 4 not even being able to load at all for WEEKS. I have tried everything on the stupid forums and I need to speak to an actual customer service person to get help but I am not even able to access any help for a game that I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on. Never had this issue when I used origin. So Is there a way to contact support or am i just never going to be able to access my game again?? SUPER FRUSTRATING
@fblue777 Having the same exact issue and i’ve factory reset my whole computer did wifi tests did everything in my power so that ea can load and it still won’t load don’t know what to do i’ve had every single pack and i’ve never had any issues till now.
