Unable to Activate NFS Unbound bought from Epic Store

I bought NFS Unbound from Epic store just now, when I press "Install" in Epic app, the EA Origin windows pop up and ask for activation code, but I don't receive any code from Epic so I press Cancel, ...

I wrote to the EA support, and they have said to me that there is a general techinical issue and they are trying to fix it, so we can only wait

Both my PC's are now downloading the game EA looks to have solved the issue

    I did how ever have the EA app open all the time, just come back to check and had the download option on screen
