I've just tried again and it's still refusing to let me buy anything. The app behaves exactly the same as I've repeatedly described above and in other posts, and in other places online. I don't understand why it's proven so difficult to buy something or get any help.

Hey there,
I'm really sorry to hear you've been having problems making purchases in the EA app. I see you mentioned you tried to purchase 10 items at a time. Have you tried purchasing a single product first to see if the purchase goes through?
