I have the EA app on another computer we own but it won't download on the one I just got (Windows 11). So I am wondering why you have the Sims 4 as available for people with Windows 10 but not for the new computer(s).

Community Manager@MysticHallows Hey, not being able to download it would typically be a local issue with the PC its being downloaded onto. Win 10 vs Win 11 would only matter if there are security settings set up because it's a different PC. If you are on the same account, it would be accessible putting aside any technical or permission-based issues on that PC. If you are still not able to download it on your PC, let us know.
Hi, I had researched why it wasn't working so I could try and see if I could get it to work on my own and it seemed basically anyone who had a Win 11, the game wasn't working for. I have gone through the EA website and downloaded the file but every single time it starts installing the app itself it gets towards the end and then it completely stops.
Community Manager@MysticHallows Does it give you an error or anything? When it stops, what happens? What doe sit show?
When I click the let's go button it says, "downloading stuff" and that goes through, but after that, it says, "installing the EA app..." and it will stop about an inch away before it would be completely downloaded. Eventually, it just crashes, and I get an error stating "Something went wrong... The EA app encountered an error and couldn't finish installing (error code: INST-14-1603).
