Unable To Install The EA App

I've tried everything I've seen online to get it to install even creating a new account on my pc and nothing has worked. I'm getting frustrated at this point

And yes I installed the Microsoft visuals C++

I used the Microsoft troubleshooter which you can download here:&nbsp;Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed - Microsoft Support&nbsp;this should work for most if not all of these EA app install problems. I believe the MSI installer is the main problem so M$ released this troubleshooter to fix the problems, you will find the EA App in the drop down menu in the troubleshooter. Hope this helps.

This has been called out a few times, sadly the main reason is different for each player as each PC is different. One thing we did notice is that when you install the EA App, if you manually create the install folder itself instead of the installer doing it, then install the EA App as admin to that folder as normal, it should work.
