Unable to launch BF1 after being forced from Origin Launcher

Product: The EA app
Platform:PC
Error Report ID (learn how to create an Error Report ID in the sticky post) "An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again later"
Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Launch Game
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 08.12.22 06:30pm
Summarize your bug I was forced to switch to EA App from Origin and when I try to launch Battlefield1 I get this message "An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again later".
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try to launch the game on this new horrible app that I was forced into using. My game worked perfect yesterday.
What happens when the bug occurs? "An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again later" Message appears
What do you expect to see? I expect to have a game that I payed $60 for to work when I try to launch it. You guys messed it up by forcing us into this new EA App that doesn't even work.

You take our hard earned money that we spent on a game, and flush it down the drain. I will NEVER buy another game through EA ever again.  Especially with this new app that basically doesn't work.

This is truly pathetic.  It's my favourite game.  I was playing yesterday via the Origin Appp, and today I was told that Origin no longer exists.  Now I can't even launch the game.  I've been reading so many threads about people having the same problem with other game titles.  Yet, EA is silent.  Why should we be trying to find fixes for a problem that we didn't create.  EA is truly a GIANT SCAM.  I will never give them another dollar for as long as I live.

I had the same problem yesterday after being forced to install the Ea App. The fix is strange but simple. I found on another forum to go to program files/ origin games directory in file explorer where bf1.exe is installed. Right click on bf1.exe and untick run as administrator. Game will launch in Ea App perfectly. Hope this helps you. Now if I can figure out why my in game fps has dropped from 160fps to 97 fps going from origin to this app would be great.
