Every time I want to purchase gold coins, there is a yellow pop-up window tell me that I have some trouble in the method of payment or I need to login my account again to verify my payment. For that, there are many failed payments in my billing details.

The only feasible method of payment for me is PayPal, but because of the yellow pop-up window, I haven’t had a chance to purchase gold coins by PayPal.

Unfortunately we're not able to see the details of what's going wrong with your purchase here on the forums, but our live support team might be able to shed some light as to what's going wrong:

Since you're trying to purchase via the EA app, they'll be able to see your transaction and should be able to see what exactly is going wrong on our end. Hopefully they'll be able to recommend a solution for you.
