Unable to purchase Pastel Pop, Everyday Clutter.

Hello. I'm aware of the issues with downloading/installing the two newest kits, but my problem is slightly different in that I'm not even able to purchase the kits through either Origin or the EA App. I have tried through both clients 20+ times. I've tried logging in and out between attempts, removing my mods, and repairing my game but nothing seems to be working and I am still getting the same error (#54005.)

My religion is set to the US and my language is set to English. I use Paypal which I have never had an issue with until now.

If you're still having troubles with this error code, the live support team would need to look over your account and review your billing details with you to see what's causing this error- here on AHQ, we wouldn't have access to look into your account details.

I'm not even able to purchase the kits through either Origin or the EA App. I have tried multiple times through both and have 20+ attempts through Paypal. I've even tried logging in and out between attempts, removing my mods, and repairing my game. And I am still getting the same error (#54005) my setting is the US and I play in English which is my native language.

Try to order it from the homepage instead.

@jpkarlsen Thank you so much for the suggestion. Unfortunately, that did not solve my issue either.
@EA_Solaire Thank you for the response. It seems like this is going to be my only option. So I'll work on doing that now.
