Unable to reinstall EA Desktop
I uninstalled EA desktop, and when I tried reinstalling it it said I already have EA desktop installed, but when I press launch it is unable to find the file.(Because I completely deleted all tracers...

This can be work. This method is useful. Able to delete the remaining programs, and then can be reinstalled.

I am also wondering why you weren't able to uninstall EA Desktop normally. How did you try to uninstall EA Desktop and did you receive an error message of any kind?
