Unable to renew EA play membership

Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Subscription Purchase

Summarize your bug I am unable to renew my EA play subscription
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? after clicking on 'start membership' , getting an OTP in my mob number. after giving the OTP, i am getting the message that 'we had some trouble processing your request' .
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to renew my membership, so that I am unable to play EA games
What do you expect to see? I want to renew my EA membership which very recently got expired

    Hey @05123070 for payment issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a phone or chat adviser:

    Click on your product EA app

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call

    @05123070 Hello, 



    I just managed to solve this by downloading the EA app and making the payment through there; it should work for you as well!
