Uninstall not working

@Cookie19061991&nbsp; Yes, you can uninstall it using the standard Windows approach.&nbsp; However, I'd suggest removing Sims 4, and the EA App while you're at it, with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine).&nbsp; It's more thorough than the other types of installs, which makes it more reliable in solving these issues.

Before proceeding, go into Documents &gt; Electronic Arts and rename the Sims 4 folder to something that doesn't include "Sims 4." so Revo doesn't flag it for deletion.&nbsp; And make sure the EA App is closed and the EABackgroundService is NOT running in the background.
