I’m having an ongoing issue with the EA App where the entire right-side social panel is greyed out and won’t load. I can’t see my friends list, I can’t tell if I’m online or offline, and my friends have confirmed they cannot see me online either.
I’m on Windows 11 and I do not use a VPN. I’ve already tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including fully uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App, clearing cache and leftover files, restarting and verifying the EA Background Service, running the app as administrator, checking firewall permissions, and reviewing Windows 11 security settings (including Core Isolation / vulnerable driver blocklist). None of these methods resolved the issue.
The app itself opens and games launch normally, but the social features never load and there are no error messages. Since this started after a long period of not opening the EA App, it seems like the issue may be related to an account-side social or presence sync problem rather than a local system issue.
If anyone has experienced this or knows of a fix beyond standard reinstalls and cache clearing, I’d appreciate any insight.
