Update Stuck on "Cancelled"

It's been quite a long since I played TS 4 and when I opened the EA App, I had to update the game.. So, I did. However, it just got stuck on 99% status for a day. When I tried to re-update, I pressed the cancel button. However, it's not canceling & got stuck on the 99% status. It has been 3 days and I don't know how to solve this.
