Sorry but my native language isn't English so what do you mean by, or how do I open "Powershell"?
@WWDiver1 Little late on the reply but ehh, open the start menu and type in powershell, click on Windows PowerShell to open it, it should show you a blue or black box in which you can input code then follow the posted steps.
Come to think of it, if you follow all the steps you might be able to delete the folder by just browsing to it and hitting delete instead of using code, I just happened to do it this way.
Also, it isn't my native language either so don't worry haha.
