Urgently need support "We couldnt find your account" ERROR

Hi Devs,

I really need some help. 

I bought FiFA 23 through steam, 2 days ago when tried to play the game error pop up "Temporary lost connection"

Then I tried to log into EA app itself and it said "We couldnt find your account" which is ridiculous

Now All I want is a peace of mind and play my FIFA 23 career mode - which I spent my hard earn money on. Must be something seriously wrong with the EA app

Please help me, and I meant real help. I dont need some generic answers such as "check your internet connection and stuff"

I already tried:

- Clean cache but right after the the error pop up at the same "We couldnt find your account"

- Remove and reinstall the * app, nothing fix

- I do not have any 3rd party app to run with when playing the game

- I dont have VPN installed

- My internet connection is perfectly fine
