Summarize your bug I am a Steam user, and i just brought Need for Speed Unbound from Steam. When I tried to login to EA app, it says "We encountered an error and couldn’t complete your request. Try again a little.." I assume I have two EA account, one is straight link to Steam, another using the same gmail email address and create an account in EA (that was a long time ago). Hence, I need your assistance to merge the account to the one i am actively using. Please help me ASAP.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you have two EA accounts using the same Gmail email address.
What happens when the bug occurs? Error message popup saying..."We encountered an error and couldn’t complete your request. Try again a little.."
What do you expect to see? I expect the game runs.

None. This is a straightforward issue where the user has two EA Accounts.

    Hello @bearchai,

    in order to merge two EA Accounts, you will have to contact EA Support, as we do not have access to your account details in the forum.

    You will also need to be able to access both EA Accounts in order to merge them.

    I am having the same issue but I only have one ea account and I cannot link my Epic account to my Ea account

    Hello @HAK050101,

    do you mean with "I have the same issue" that you're getting the same error message, when you try to link the accounts? If you can't link the accounts yourself, please contact EA Support, so that they can hopefully help you link your Epic account to your EA account.
