Hello, I have had issues with the payment when trying to purchase a Sims 4 expansion pack. I have tried everything, from deleting and re-downloading EA app. When i click the purchase button its say could not connect to server. pls help

You can start with the steps listed on our website. You can add your payment method to your EA account first and then attempt the purchase from the app.

I'm also having errors like this and have done everything on your help guide, managed to get it to work under the one condition I buy everything one by one (sims 4 expansions), only to have it stop working after a while. I don't have a spending limit set up and I've been trying for days. I've updated the ea app, I've cleared the cache, I've signed out then back in again, I've tried my paypal, my debit card. it's so horrifically temperamental.
