    @srekoslav 

    This is something Microsoft support will need to assist with. You should be able to get in touch with them through www.xbox.com.

Hi there, @srekoslav.

You shouldn't have separate gamertags for the Xbox store and for actually playing games. I can see there is a gamertag linked to your account, but if it's the wrong one, please try opening a case here so an advisor can assist with this. Thanks!
