Where are my games?

Where are the rest of my games? I was forced to download EA App and it only brought 3 of my 4 games? Where is my Sims 3?

    @corriebash90 

    Please clear the cache on the EA app following the steps here, let me know if you're seeing The Sims 3 in your library once you've tried this.

If your content is missing from your account, please reach out to the live support team so they can search for any game codes you have and locate which account these codes are currently registered with to be sure you're logging into the correct EA account. You can contact live support by submitting a help request on the site here.

@EA_Solaire And what if the live team does not want to help? I've tried chatting with them several times to no avail - at one point they try to lie to my face telling me I don't own the game/s I'm missing - even disregarding it when I send them a receipt for my purchase in Origin.
