Where did everything go

I am frustrated. My add ins seem to have disappeared. All my folders are gone from the EAGames sins folder. This happened o ernight. What is all my spending worth when you just take it away.

Make sure that you login to the correct EA Account where you have your DLC.

If that is not the issue please post a screenshot of the game folder where the address bar is visible.

I logged onto Sims 4 this morning and found that the app said I was missing all the add on content i had purchased and played with yesterday.  I tried to find the add on content but could not locate it in the files.  The sims folders were not in the deleted files either.  This occurred as the app was taking a very long time to load up with a message that it was taking longer than expected.  It is very frustrating to have this occur with no easy answer to fix.  

It seems that something happened overnight that messed up the system.  

I hit repair for the game, but there is no method to repair or re-download the add on.  The EA app says they are installed, but when I open the game, it says it is not installed.  The game is useless to me this way and makes me question why EA games went to this new app to play the game.

I have a mac and there is no such option readily apparent.  I have repaired the game but no option to clear cache

I did find I can download everything now, a long process,  Sill begs the question_ where did it all go?
