Why can i not install EA app?

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work, Cats and dogs, Seasons, island living, Jungle adventure, Realm of magic, Werewolfs, Paranormal stuff, My first pet, Toddler stuff, Holiday Celebration Pack, Legacy Edition
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know cause i cannot go on EA cause when it is almost done installing it'll says "Error" and never finished.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't go on Ea at all nor play the sims 4

Every single time i try and install the EA app it says there is a error it is always almost done! It's very annoying cause i really wanna play the sims 4
