My EA desktop app always launches to a blank screen. I have tried clearing the cache, reinstalling and uninstalling and reloading the pages. Nothing seems to work. I can't even install the games through the Xbox app because I have game pass. All other games not made by EA are fine, but EA specific games don't install. Please help.
Was this resolved? I'm STILL having this issue after applying every fix I've seen, clean reboots, etc. The app recovery service immediately crashes for me too so can't even clear the cache that way lol

Not sure if it's the same issue, but mine would open the app off screen. I found shift right clicking the EA App icon on the taskbar and selecting Maximize brought it back to the main monitor. From there, worked as it should.
I have this bug. Kept logging out and back in to try and fix it.
But nothing worked.. It didn't even show a blank screen.. Just nothing but the icon as if it was active in the taskbar.
If you have multiple monitors, it seems messing with those fixes it. Something rendering wise is going wrong with the EA App.
Change default monitor. It will probably still be broken, change the monitor back to the original default and it will appear.
Unsure how else to fix it if no extra monitor.. maybe try changing the resolution to something else and back. Basically you wanna trigger the desktop to sorta force it to show.
Just a buggy app.
Shame on EA for ignoring this for many years..
