why has fc24 disappeared from my ea app library

My fc24 has been removed or has disappeared from my account, It's the only game I enjoy playing. Please help.

Had you fully purchased this game on your account, or were you accessing it through an EA Play membership that's no longer active?

Please look over the order history for your account to verify how you were accessing your game.
