Why is F1 24 not appearing in my ea library but is in my steam library?

@Volcano97117 I see you've been posting from two different accounts here on AHQ. Since you have more than one account, it's very likely that the game was purchased on a different account. The best course of action here would be to contact EA Help Support again, provide them with your email addresses, and get assistance finding the account where the game is.
