Why is seasons not appearing

Hi, so I have switched from origin to EA (just saying)

Then, i have always been basegame since i didnt really have money for packs, but just a day ago i bought seasons.

I've checked, and it is 100% downloaded, and says that I own it in my game library, and on the actual game

On the actual game, when you go on 'my packs' if you hover over it, it says 'restart to play'

Ive restarted many times, but still none of the content is appearing. 

I have also contacted EA and they have said that it is 'a known issue' and that i just have to wait, nor am i eligible for a refund.

I really need help because I really dont want this to be a waste of money, and I was super excited to play with this pack.

I have also provided a screenshot

    Hi @Ixshza,

    In the EA app in your game library, if you click The Sims 4 game tile and select Manage-> Manage Add-Ons, please scroll down to Seasons and let me know if it's showing as installed there, or if you're seeing an option to get this pack downloaded.

    Hi! Thanks for replying 🙂

    So yes, It is 100% downloaded, as i've checked on the ea app and it does say its an add on

    Ive also contacted EA support a lot of times and they werent much help ☹️

    I am having the exact same issue. I recently got a new laptop and redownloaded my game. I even bought a few other packs as a celebration of sorts. Everything but seasons works. Even when I run the game, in the home screen packs tab it says I own the sims 4 seasons. However none of the content is there and there is no seasons tab in my game options.
