Windows PC EA app not launching

i cant get in the app either
it open and stays as a blank blue screen
i have uninstalled and reinstalled still the same
tried the language thing still the same
i wont open the box to allow clear cashe or open enough to repair
i also cant clear cashe from the App recovery app in start menu it just says the app has crashed and wont all you to do anything
i hate this app, between this and the Fifa Anti cheat issues its a joke, paying £70 for games you cant play because there locked behind an app that 90% doesn't want to work and you cant even use Origin anymore

If you're still running into trouble with launching the EA app, could you please share your EA app Error Report ID with us in this thread?
You can run the EA app error reporter without starting the app itself using the steps below:
- Search for ErrorReporter.exe in Windows Explorer.
- Click the Start or Windows button and use the search bar.
- If the search doesn’t work, try going to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop\ in Windows Explorer.
- Click the Start or Windows button and click My Computer.
- Double-click your C: drive, followed by Program Files, then the EA app (twice).
- Double-click ErrorReporter.exe to run the EA Error Reporter.
- Choose the Type of problem you’re having.
- Tell us about the issue you’re having in the Description of problem box.
- If you’re running the Error Reporter as part of your EA Help case, include your Case Number in the Support Ticket Number (Optional) box.
- You can find your Case Number in your cases on EA Help or inside any support emails we sent you about this issue.
- Check the box next to Share diagnostic information when a report is submitted.
- Click Submit report and wait for it to complete.
- Share your Report ID in this thread.

This EA App is absolutely awful. How did this ever reach production? So now I can't play FIFA to unlock time restricted cards because this trash app can't open? Completely pointless!
Here is how I resolved my issue:
1- I downloaded EA App again from the website and run that exe (EAappInstaller.exe)
2- It gave two options install or repair. I clicked repair. Problem solved.

Having the same issues with the app on the continuous loop of not connecting to server and have done the full reinstall, repair, clear cache etc. with no success.
i think the servers are struggling because of the release of madden for early access.... i have a no connection status but i am able to update games just not download madden
Hello EA Kent,
My issue is that not a single EA app is able to work niether errorReporter. - It just starts but you are not able to click on anythig.
regarding EA app I can see it is running in task manager but I am not able to open the app (I am clicking on icon but no response). I have tried sofare every tip in this thread and some from other sources but I am still not able to open the app. I would apriciate some help.
