Windows PC EA app not launching

Yes, it's pretty shabby, and something like this just happened about a month or so ago, with EA doing nothing speedy to fix it, no support at all, just asking people to report the issue. I don't play a lot of EA games and I can say that I'm not used to seeing problems like this on the other platforms I use more often.
It's pretty sad that after spending around $1300.00 for a game, including all expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, kits, and other content releases, (some of these were done by pre-order); I cannot play my game because EA's worthless app does not work. I have been trying to log in for the past two hours and have tried all the fixes listed here to no avail. I also find it pretty sad that EA chose to replace a program that worked flawlessly (Origin) with a hunk of junk that has had issues from the word GO. EA literally and very obviously does not care about its customers or they would actually be offering up help rather than just asking people to report the issue when people are reporting it and discussing it here and they just don't want to read through the sea of comments where they are getting repeatedly called out and bashed.
I wish EA would roll back to Origin.
I wish they would get over the idea that people are going to pay for EA Play just to access games that they have already purchased.
I hope they resolve the current issues, quickly as this has been going on since they launched the EA App months ago.
I hope they pull their heads out of wherever it is they've been shoved because clearly they are losing gamers left and right when they can't even log in to play their games, let alone buy them.
Overall, I just wish EA would DO BETTER.
