Won't update due to lack of space but shows more than enough space is available

Essentially exactly what the title says. I've never had this problem on my PC before. It literally shows 900GBS are available and it only needs 20. Surely this is an error, but I don't know what else to do to fix it and the EA support chatbot is not helpful.

Unfortunately, I already tried that too. Nothing changes when I clear the cache and when I repair the game it says it doesn't have enough storage to repair.

Pinkiepielove16 You can clear the EA App's cache:

If that doesn't help, repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair) instead. That will give you the fully updated version.
