@EA_Darko I already contacted support and the guy told me that he can't fix it. That's why I'm posting it here.
I also know for a fact that this problem is fixable, e. g. this guy here had the exact same problem https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports-Technical-Issues/EA-App-Desktop-BF2042-ultimate-edition-NOT-OK-Origin-BF2042-gold/td-p/12078280
