XBOX account linked with a third parties account

Question

MY xbox account has been linked with another persons account that has nothing to do with me that i have no access to and no control over.

9 people at technical have so far been unhelpful in resolving this because i cannot verify the account because IT IS NOT MINE

how am i supposed to resolve this when it should never have happened in the first place. i am essentially left with two options. NEVER link my ea account with my xbox and let someone else have all the funcionality that i should have or DELETE my xbox account and lose everything ive ever had on their just so i can link a new one to your system. this seems like an incredibly ridiuclous place to have found myself and i am looking for a resolution.

I have that same problem but with my steam account.

I bought NFS Heat over steam and i was forced to sign in with my ea account. but its already linked to another steam account that i´ve never heard of or have access to.
