Xbox game pass can't install games

I bought Xbox game pass because I wanted to play an EA game and it was available through it and only a dollar for the first month.

I then go and try to download the game after connecting my XBOX account to my EA account. Upon trying to do this it tells me there's

been a hiccup and I need to restart my computer. I do this step no success all of the things I have tried are:

1. Restarting my computer

2. Using a VPN

3. Clearing EA app's cache

4. Contacting customer support (which was really not helpful at all)

5. I put in an error report through the application

6. Lowered my UAC on my computer to the lowest setting

7. Ran the application as administrator

8. Tried downloading free game before the actual game.

9. Tried reinstalling the EA application.

I probably forgot other steps that I have tried to get this fixed to play this game I want to play. If anyone has any other steps for me to try that would be greatly appreciated!
