Summarize your bug I have the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass, but when I try to download any games related to the EA App (EA Play), it redirects me to the EA App telling me to buy the game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? While in the Xbox App, with Game Pass activated, try downloading any game related to the EA App (EA Play).
What happens when the bug occurs? It redirects me to the EA App application telling me to buy the game at full price or subscribe to EA Play, even though I own the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass which gives full access to all games they display.
What do you expect to see? The possibility of downloading the games that I have access to.
Hello! I have encountered a glitch - I bought the Ultimate Xbox Game Pass three days ago and I read online and have also been told that I have full access to the games they display, but when I try to download a game related to the EA App application, it won't let me download it, redirecting me to the EA App application, with an additional message that tells me to buy the game. I have talked to two EA agents and one of them told me that they received many reports from numerous users experiencing the same issue. The agent also told me that my account is set up perfectly, with the two apps being linked correctly (Xbox and EA App). I've also attached some photos for a better understanding of the topic.
1. In the first picture I gave an example of a game related to the EA App.
2. In the second picture, when I pressed the download button, it redirected me to the EA App, telling me to buy the game or subscribe to EA Play.
3. In the third picture, I went back to the Xbox App, and the game won't download, staying as "Preparing 0%" forever.
Does anyone else experience this issue?
- @EA_Jason Hello. I solved my problem. I apparently had bought the Game Pass for another Xbox account that I owned, and it linked with another EA App that I was using many years ago. I'm sorry for the inconvenience I created. Thank you for your help.
