I just want to make sure that you are logging in with the correct account.
Could you please sign out of the EA app and then log in using your Xbox credentials instead of your EA account login?
@EA_Jason I just did and had no success. Still tells me the same thing - that I need to buy the game or subscribe to EA Play.

I apparently had bought the Game Pass for another Xbox account that I owned, and it linked with another EA App that I was using many years ago. I'm sorry for the inconvenience I created.
