you dont have aсcess for this game

i ve just bought ea play pro sub and trying to play any game available at this subscription, but i get an error <you dont have access for this game>. i try to play fc26 or f1 25 and then get this error but i tried to add sims and it worked...sooo how can i play the games like fc and f1??
