You don't have access and many mistakes..

Summarize your bug I tried downloading it again from Steam. Then I deleted it again and downloaded it from EA, I couldn't enter it again. Then I deleted everything and downloaded it from origin and still can't log in. I've tried every solution you can think of, I don't know what else to do. I'm a Windows 11 user, the only thing I didn't do was format and I won't be able to do that right now.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I tried a lot but couldn't find it.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am getting multiple errors.
What do you expect to see? I don't know.

You can be sure that I have tried all the solutions on the internet before I open this topic.

    Hi @Blackzonex,

    The EA app teams are actively investigating the "You Don't Have Access" error in the EA app.

    This is the thread for this error. 

    If you are also having this issue, it would be very much appreciated if you could report it in that thread with the requested details:

    Example: 

    EA app Error ID: ....1234abcd...

    Game(s): Game X, Game Y, etc.
    Date/time: 26 Jan. 2023, 12pm GMT
    Launcher: Steam

  • I've been waiting 4 days for this issue to be resolved. I am getting the same error from 2 computers. I am 100% sure the problem is not related to my system. And frankly, I put some good money into the game. My efforts become garbage as long as they wait.

  • I can't enter the game for 5 days, I'm too far behind, I'm confused what to do. It was starting to get very annoying. Please someone help.

    When I did this I was able to play from origin. But I can't play anymore and I've been waiting for 1 month for this problem to be resolved. A complete disappointment!

    After the last update the following will solve your problem for logging in from origin.

    1) Old Version Origin Download.
    https://download.dm.origin.com/origin/live/OriginSetup.exe 

    2) Run the setup file, then the local.xml file will be created in C:\ProgramData\Origin. Open it with the help of a notepad and add the following between the <Settings> </Settings> lines. You can save and close later.

    <Setting value="true" key="MigrationDisabled" type="1"/>
    <Setting key="UpdateURL" value="http://eadisabled.com/" type="10"/>
    <Setting key="AutoPatchGlobal" value="false" type="1"/>
    <Setting key="AutoUpdate" value="false" type="1"/>

    3) And keep installing origin. Every time you start origin, you won't see the ridiculous install EA notification.


    NOTE: I don't know whether this information is prohibited or not, so I would appreciate it if you could warn me about this issue.
