You must be online when logging in for the first time.

Question

Dear suupport ,I am unable to log in after opening the EA app. I enter the correct email and the correct password and it always appears: You must be online when logging in for the first time. The only way to get to your games is to run the Origin installation, sign in and then reinstall the EA app. After that I am automatically logged into the EA app. Unfortunately, after turning off the computer, the problem always recurs. It appeared to me after some Windows update. It irritates me terribly. Can you send me a working install of Origin, which I haven't had much trouble with so far, so that I don't have to use the EA app, which I have very much trouble with? I can't use EA premium properly now and I'm seriously considering canceling my subscription....&nbsp;&nbsp;

I try to play my games and get this message "

You must be online when logging in for the first time." ... I am at a different location (on vacation for a week) and my computer did force some updates. I am not sure if one of these things caused the problem but I have no idea what to do. I can't get in at all to play games I PAID for.

@gismi03 Guys, try logging in via the internet and then opening the app and trying to log in on there, whilst being online through the internet... it worked for me!
