No compensation receive for the launch bug

I was impacted by the EA bug on launch day.

I haven't receive the bonuses (xp boost or battlepass).

I try to communicate with the EA assistance but it is only automatic messages, even in the live chat : "stay tune for the up coming communications on twitter and discord", or automatic mails saying I should look into the ingame message box.

I already goes through 4 live chats, I open my tickets 4 times (because it is automaticaly closed) and still nothing, not even a look at the issue on the EA side.

Please EA, just tell us if you don't want to give those compensation bonuses, and tell use that you have done false advertisment. It would be easier than fighting against chat box to know why we have receive nothing.
