EA ignoring my cases

I want everyone to know that EA's ban system is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I got banned few months on my main account, for cheating in games which i didnt cheat, my internet kept falling out because i recently moved to a new place, i was messing around with my internet settings, played a few games and got banned, i appealed, waited days and weeks for them to say they think it's right to keep me banned, which is okay keep me banned, HOWEVER they won't let me unlink anything from my old account so i can re use the platforms i can't get banned on onto my new account, are there robots working at EA where they won't help? i do not care what anyone says, i appealed 3 times last month and once this month with a full on apology of me being more careful for the future, THEY REJECTED ALL WITHOUT READING MY WORDS!!!! I have seen games where the ban system bans you for certain days, months or weeks BUT EA thinks its fine to perma ban me and ignore my true apologies, absolute rudeness and unprofessional behavior from them, if a true real HUMAN looks at my case they'd say aight he won't be stupid and can get unbanned but in this case the system is so bad that they'll reject your long written paragraphs and words in the matter of 2 mins of posting it.

So if ANYONE works at EA, ALL  i can ask from you is to unlink all my platforms from my main : Ashib444, because why are we gatekeeping my accounts like PS or YT when it's MY choice if i want to remove it.

I trully wished and hoped EA could care but they never seem to be of any sort of help, so this is more for the community to see what kind of people are over at EA, shameless company!
