Xbox w/ NCAA help
So I already last year‘s version of the college football game. For some reason when I pre-ordered this year‘s edition, it gave me the deluxe edition of last year‘s game which I already have. Xbox has been no help. What do I do?

You could try contacting EA Help at help.ea.com to see if they can assist at all. However, I don't think they'll be able to do much since this is a purchase from Microsoft rather than EA, but I could be wrong.
