Help got banned and i don't know why!

Soo i just managed to get back my account, and it was banned like 3 months ago!

i sent multiple emails to revoke the ban but no answerr!

pls help

    Hi there. It can take a day or so to get a response. Make sure you don't resume your case. That can pull it from the queue and cause a delay. ToS will email you when their investigation completes.
