My account got Banned

My account got banned bc they thought that I got hacked. Spoiler I didnt the say in reply to my case that I should go to Ea live chat. But U cant bc my ea account as u know is disabled what should i do ?

In diesem Fall können wir aber nicht helfen und du musst dich an das Terms of Service Team wenden, damit der Bann untersucht wird:

vCryl, es kanin in der Tat einige Tage dauern, bis eine Antwort kommt und das Terms of Service Team antwortet dann per E-Mail auf die E-Mail-Adresse, welche mit deinem EA Konto verbunden ist. Schau dort auch in deinem Spam-Ordner nach, da E-Mails manchmal dort landen können.
