my email address got deleted and i have 2fa i kept talking to ea help team (advisors) more than 10 attempts every single time asks me to open my console while i switched to pc 2 years ago and i dont own a console anymore. I need help changing my email because this account means everything to me. i used to play fine till today the ea app logged me out . Im now logged in from google only
they basically did nothing

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach back out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
I do see you mentioned some attempts already, but I'm afraid we can't make any changes here as these are public forums where we can't verify your account details. You can create a new case or resume a previous case from your case history here to reach back out to another advisor to go through that recovery process and give it another shot.
