My account has been hacked

Hello, I need help recovering my EA account.

I believe my account has been hacked. The hacker changed the email address associated with my account and enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), so I no longer have access to either of them.

Fortunately, I am still logged into my EA account on my computer. However, I can't change the password, update the email address, or disable 2FA because those actions require verification through the hacker's email or authentication method.

I'm afraid to sign out because I may never be able to log back in.

I can provide any information necessary to prove that I am the original owner of the account, such as my previous email address, purchase history, game library, payment information, or any other details you need.

Please help me recover my account and restore access. Thank you very much.

After that you'll need to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself.
