About Account Ban
Is unlinking an Xbox account from one EA account and linking it to a new EA account reason for ban? Asking because the new EA account I linked was banned. I don't understand why. I didn't do anything else. I'm not even someone who plays games that much. I appealed 4 or 5 times, but it wasn't accepted. They don't even give the exact reason for ban. They claim I violated the user agreement, but how? I don't even think they properly review user appeals.
Hello. Normally, unlinking an account wouldn't cause a ban. So, there most likely was something else that caused it. Unfortunately, we can't help with bans over the EA Forums. If you've already used up your 3 appeals, the ban will need to remain in place.
