Absolutely atrocious experience with EA Support

I purchased games from Origin quite awhile ago. Battlefield 3 was one of those games. I recently got the desire to play again so I launched the EA app and successfully got in etc. I go to the library and sure enough there are my 3 games, Sims, Need for Speed, and Battlefield 3. I try to download it and it says it cancelled because I don't own the game. Okay, thats funny because it's in my library since I bought it on Origin.... I contacted EA support and they took A DAY every new reply asking assinine questions instead of just looking at my account and issuing me a credit or something. Eventually they gave up and told me to contact the retailer... The retailer is origin, WHICH IS YOU!!! Then I tried replying to that and now it says their mailbox is full. What do I do at this point? Contact my state's consumer protection people? I attached proof that I own it.

No. I had Origin, bought games, then it turned into EA App and I can't play any of my digitally purchased items.

In the image you shared 2f4603f226d6620d it shows the BF game as part of EA Play.

Did you purchase the game and then get EA Play or get the game through EA Play?

I purchased the game back when it was Origin. Then it became what it is now. It says the game is in my library but when I try to download it, it says I don't own it.
